This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit the VEXTR websites or contact us, and which rights you have.
Who is responsible
The websites vextr.co, vextr.dk and vextr.se are operated by VEXTR AB (legal name: Myrams 1337 VEXTR IT-consult Scandinavia AB), a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag).
Company details (registration number and contact) are listed on the company information page.
When you visit the site
The site consists of static pages. There are no user accounts and no forms that store data.
The hosting provider (Contabo GmbH, Germany; servers in France; web server Caddy) may record technical data in server logs, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type. These logs are kept for 30 days.
Fonts
Fonts are hosted on VEXTR’s own server together with the rest of the site (the Manrope typeface). No connection is made to Google Fonts or other third parties to load fonts.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not set non-essential cookies. The site does not use local storage for tracking or advertising.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your name, email address and the content of your message to reply and to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where relevant, steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Retention: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and no longer than 24 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Write to [email protected] to use them.
You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
